Prasanth Kumar Lalapeta is a Senior Front End Lead and Engineering Manager with over 7 years of experience in React and Typescript. He specializes in providing the best possible UI/UX to the Web3 and Web2 world. Prasanth is a curious frontend engineer with experience working in startups and agencies. He has a passion for creating remarkable, accessible, and user-friendly products. Currently, Prasanth is the Co-Founder & Frontend (React + Atomic Design System) Specialist at Fidisys. In his role, he is responsible for designing and implementing frontend solutions using React and Atomic Design System. He has also developed a centralized Design System using ReactJS and StorybookJS from scratch using atomic design principles. Prior to his current role, Prasanth worked as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Qube Cinema. In this role, he developed consistent and robust components using ReactJS that can benefit multiple projects with high productivity. He also used babel and storybookJS addons in a perfect manner while building centralized design systems. Prasanth began his career as a Junior Frontend Developer at TCS Innovation lab. Here, he explored new technologies and innovative approaches within the domain. He built hybrid applications using PhoneGap and Android Studio along with Android SDK and written test cases in Appium Java TestNG for studying AWS Device Farm, a cloud-based automation testing tool. He gained knowledge in the usage of Jenkins Plugin along with AWS Device Farm for achieving Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment which is nothing but DevOps 2.0. He received an On The Spot Award and many customer appreciations and prepared a white paper subjecting AWS Device Farm (Automated Testing - Shifting to a New Paradigm). Prasanth holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Madanpalle Institute of Technology and Science. He is well-versed in Frontend, Web3, Typescript, UI, Senior Software Engineer, AWS, ReactJS, CI/CD, test, Jenkins, DevOps, Integration, Android, and Research Scientist.
